We want this to be simple.
JUST A SUIT is currently taking reservations only. No payment is being taken and no suits are being shipped yet, so there is nothing to return at this stage.
Before paid ordering opens, we will publish our full returns and exchanges policy, including:
- change-of-mind returns
- size exchanges
- return shipping arrangements
- refund timing
- international returns
We are still finalising those details and will not make promises we cannot properly support.
If a product is faulty, damaged or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer-law requirements, your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
